Carrie Johnson is the Executive Director at Windsor Gardens of Georgetown.
Carrie has been the Executive Director at Windsor Gardens since September 2013. She has been a Registered Nurse for many years with hospital experience in the Emergency Department, Renal Dialysis, Medical/Surgical, Management, and also in Public Health. Carrie was the Director of Nursing at Georgetown Community Hospital for fourteen years.
Carrie received her Nursing degree from Midway College and her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Eastern Kentucky University. She has served on the Board of Directors for United Way of the Bluegrass and United Way of Scott County, Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce, Scott County YMCA, Bluegrass Community and Technical College/Scott County, and was a co-founder of the Community Medical Mission. She received the 2007 Chamber of Commerce Jim Reid Award for Community Service.
Director of Operations
Teresa Wolfe is the Director of Operations/Dietary Supervisor at Windsor Gardens of Georgetown.
Teresa was born and raised in Cynthiana, KY and lives in Lawrenceburg with her husband, Jack. She graduated from Harrison County High school with honors in 1981, went on to pursue a career in the food industry, as baking and cooking have always been a true passion in her life.
It wasn’t until 2009 that she decided to attend college. Teresa acquired an Associate Degree in Business Management at Maysville Community and Technical College and began working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Midway College.
It was her interest in the management field and her love of cooking that brought her to Windsor Gardens in January 2012 as the Dietary Supervisor. Teresa has often said that of all the jobs she has had over the course of her life, the position she holds now is the first one she has ever had that doesn’t really feel like a job.

Activity Director/Web Coordinator
Dustin Downs is the Activities Director and Web Coordinator at Windsor Gardens of Georgetown and The Meadows Memory Care.
Born in the hills of Eastern, KY and raised in the Sunshine state of Florida, Dustin has been in the senior care industry for over 10 years.
Prior to joining the Windsor Gardens family, Dustin worked at our sister community, Daisy Hill Senior Living in Versailles.
Previously, Dustin was also a high school sports broadcaster @PrepZone.com.
Dustin works with The Alzheimer’s Association and is very active in the Children’s Ministry at his church. In his spare time, he enjoys vacationing to Myrtle Beach with his family and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators.
Dustin is newly married to Natasha Downs of Paris, KY and has two daughters, Hannah (20) & Haylie (10).

Chris McCullough is the Maintenance Director at Windsor Gardens. Chris joined our Windsor Gardens family in the Fall of 2016. He has five years of prior experience in maintenance.
Chris was born and raised in Central Kentucky and resides in Georgetown with his son CJ. When Chris isn’t at work you can always find him with CJ, kayaking or riding his Harley.
Assistant Activities Director at Windsor Gardens Senior Living & The Meadows Memory Care
Lauren was born in the Horse Capitol of the World, and raised in Georgetown, KY.
Before joining the Windsor Gardens Family, Lauren served as a volunteer in the activities department from a high school co-op opportunity from Elkhorn Crossing School in the Health Science Village.
Lauren recently just graduated from Scott County High School with honors and with hard work and dedication, she committed to attend and further her tennis career at Georgetown College with academic and athletic scholarships. During her free time, she competitively plays in tennis tournaments around the state and During her high school tennis career, Lauren has been awarded The KY High School All-State Tennis Team awards in 2017 and 2018. Also, during Lauren’s senior year of High School, she successfully passed the SRNA (State-Registered Nursing Assistant) competency test and am BLS and First Aide Certified.
Lauren loves to serve her community and is honored to be apart of this amazing loving, family here at Windsor Gardens.
